Like some French people, you may have already stuck a Stop advertising sticker on your mailbox, tired of receiving armfuls of leaflets. Well now it will be useless, at least in 11 test cities. The climate law which comes into force specifies that only those who want it will receive these advertisements, on the condition however of sticking a “Yes pub” on their box. Every year 900,000 tonnes of printed advertising material is distributed to French people, ie approximately 30 kilos per household.
