If you want to avoid waste on your scale, consider drying your flowers instead of throwing them away. “On the internet, you will find plenty of tutorials to learn. You have to know how to dry flowers well to make them last”, explains the journalist. Another possibility: to make herbal teas. “And above all, to avoid polluting transport, choose French flowers”, concludes Valerie Heurtel, which specifies that “80% of the flowers we buy come from Africa and South America”.
