Tips for aging well

Thanks to advances in medicine, we live in France more and more old, and the number of elderly people will continue to grow over the coming decades. But at what age are we considered old? Can we live old and healthy? How to make old age a serene and even joyful period?

To answer all these questions and give us advice for aging well, Geraldine Mayr and the Dr Jimmy Mohamed receive the Dr. Antoine Piaugeriatrician at the Toulouse University Hospital, and the author of the book When I’m old everything will be fine at Editions Hachette.

He talks to us about old age to put an end to the clichés: no, old age does not necessarily rhyme with Alzheimer’s, no, it is not necessarily a sad and difficult period, and yes, we can grow old in shape and happily, provided you adopt good habits, move and not remain isolated.
