The music world is in mourning today. We indeed learn this Wednesday, May 24, 2023, the death of the American singer Tina Turner. As announced by his spokesperson in a press release strongly relayed by the American press, the rock’n’roll star known for his powerful voice died peacefully at his home in Küsnacht, Switzerland, at the age of 83.
For several years, the singer who has sold more than 180 million records around the world, led a fight against the disease which ended up winning.
