After Zendayait’s Timothée Chalamet’s turn to share with his fans a photo from the set of Dunes 2.
The 26-year-old actor indeed published this weekend on his Instagram account a snapshot of him, taken from the back, in his costume of the character of Paul Atreides. In the background, we can see the desert setting of the planet Arrakis, where most of the plot of this highly anticipated sequel to the adaptation of the science fiction novel by Frank Herbert will take place.
As a reminder, Quebec filmmaker Denis Villeneuve has started filming the second part of his diptych Dunes last summer in Hungary. The production recently moved to the United Arab Emirates to film the desert scenes.
Following Dunes is expected on our screens on November 3, 2023. Released in October 2021, the first film generated more than $400 million at the global box office, in addition to collecting six Oscars.
