Tiger Woods goes all the way

Tiger Woods signed a second consecutive card of 78 (+6) at the conclusion of the Masters Tournament on Sunday in Augusta, Georgia.

Woods notably committed a double bogey at 17and hole and three consecutive bogeys from fourth to sixth flag. He therefore needed 301 shots (+13) to walk the fairways of the Augusta National golf club four times.

A five-time Masters champion, Woods was in his first official tournament since the 2020 Masters Tournament.

If he will have to wait before signing an 83and career title, however, he showed unfailing resilience by qualifying for the final rounds, just over a year after a violent swerve in the car that almost cost him a leg.
