The Leafs sign a second win in a row

Power-play goals from Calle Jarnkrok and Mitch Marner launched the Toronto Maple Leafs, who held off a comeback from the Philadelphia Flyers to win 4-3.

In their last game before the Christmas break, the Leafs scored their sixth straight win at Scotiabank Arena.

Michael Bunting and William Nylander, who also had an assist, completed the scoring for the winners.

Tony DeAngelo opened the scoring for the Flyers, before the Leafs scored four straight goals. Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee made it interesting by scoring 83 seconds apart in third.

Carter Hart stopped 30 of the 34 pitches he faced. Ilya Samsonov blocked 16 shots in the win.
