Cécile Ollivier, senior reporter for “ELLE”, guest of 19/20 info, discusses the accusations of rape and sexual assault made against the psychoanalyst Gérard Miller.

The psychoanalyst Gérard Miller is accused by several women of rape and sexual assault which date back to the 1990s and 2000s. These facts allegedly took place in particular during hypnosis sessions. “Three testimonies speak of sexual assault, one woman describes facts which are classified as rape under the law and of these three, two recount facts which took place during hypnosis sessions”, specifies Cécile Ollivier, senior reporter for SHEguest of 19/20 info, Thursday February 1st.

Gérard Miller denied

During a hypnosis experience, Muriel Cousin, radio and television presenter, told “that he touched her private parts under her clothes, which is sexual assault”, adds Cécile Ollivier. Muriel Cousin was then a young journalist in the 1990s. Gérard Miller published a press release denying all of the facts with which he is accused. No complaints have been filed.
