Broadcast last winter on Noovo, The brotherhood will be offered this fall in France on Playzer, a video-on-demand platform. The comedy starring Pierre-François Legendre, Isabelle Blais and Guillaume Cyr, which will return to the air in January, will also be presented on Pickx+, in Belgium.
For its part, the drama series A criminal case, with Céline Bonnier and Louis-Philippe Dandenault, will be broadcast next winter on SBS, Australia’s national public television network. Joanna Arseneau’s most recent offering (Miscellaneous facts), which can currently be watched on Noovo, will also be available in the United States, Great Britain, and Spain on the app Olympusate. Directed by Stéphane Lapointe, it recounts a mother’s fight to clear her son accused of murder.
Finally, the comedy …Neither do I ! with Catherine-Anne Toupin and Vincent Leclerc will land in a few months on 6play, a French streaming platform. Its second season is presented this fall on Noovo.
This news comes the day after the announcement of the productions that make up the short list of Rose d’Or, an award ceremony that brings together titles from all over the world. A few Quebec fiction series can be found there, including Audrey came back, That’s how I love you and Without an appointment on the side of dramatic comedies and sitcomsand District 31 on the side of soaps.
