The case began last March, with the opening of a preliminary investigation into dealers selling drugs via Snapchat or Telegram messengers and identifying themselves as “Hashcoffee38”.
The investigation carried out by BAC 38 and the Narcotics Brigade of the departmental security results in three arrests on Thursday, June 16 in St Egrève, Fontaine and Jarrie.
A large sum of money seized during the searches
During the searches, the investigators discovered drugs (2 kilos of cannabis and 25 grams of cocaine), but also a handgun, a bulletproof vest, cutting and packaging equipment, branded clothing, as well as a large sum of money, nearly 160,000 euros.
Aged 19, 24 and 26, the three men arrested went to an immediate appearance this Friday in Grenoble, but asked for a delay to prepare their defense. Waiting for their July trial they were remanded in custody.
