Three new complaints of rape and attempted rape target director Jacques Doillon

Three new complaints of rape and attempted rape target the director Jacques Doillon, franceinfo learned on Thursday, July 4 from a source close to the case. The man, now 80 years old, was released Tuesday evening for health reasons, after two days in police custody in Paris, without prosecution at this stage.

These three new complaints are already included in the procedure, confirms this source close to the case. According to information from franceinfo, confirming information from the newspaper The worldthis is a complaint filed by Joe Rohanne for rape and violence, Hélène M. for rape and Aurélie Le Roch, filed on February 29 for attempted rape.

Judith Godrèche filed a complaint in February against Benoît Jacquot, 77, and Jacques Doillon, 80, for rape of a minor and sexual assault, triggering the opening of an investigation in Paris. On May 29, actress Isild Le Besco had announced in Release having filed a complaint against the director Benoît Jacquot for acts of rape of a minor over the age of 15, committed between 1998 and 2007.

Director Benoît Jacquot was charged with “rape by spouse or partner”, “intentional violence without temporary incapacity for work by spouse or partner” and “sexual assault by spouse” on Julia Roy and for “rape of a minor by a person in authority” on the person of Isild Le Besco.
