Three minors were indicted on Friday, October 13 following the firing of fireworks, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday, on the private accommodation of the gendarmerie in Rixheim, in Alsace, announces France Bleu Alsace. These shots caused no injuries.

They are charged for “attempted destruction by dangerous means because of the military quality of the gendarmerie of the occupants of the buildings”. The three suspects, all from the town, were arrested less than 24 hours after the incident.

The eldest of the three young men aged 15 to 18, already known to the police, is in pre-trial detention. The other two were placed under judicial supervision.
