The day of April 26, 2022 did not go as planned for Myriam and Thomas. The two candidates of Koh Lanta 2021 (TF1) had to go to the emergency room for the truck driver because of a little concern following his injury.
On April 17, Myriam revealed that her companion was injured during a football match. Fearing that the Achilles tendon could be affected, Thomas had quickly gone to the emergency room. After passing examinations, he was told that it was a rupture of the calf muscles and that he would have to wear a cast for forty-five days. But shortly after, the future dad learned that it was actually a “simple” breakdown.
Despite everything, Thomas had a little concern on Tuesday and therefore went to the emergency room, accompanied by Myriam. The beautiful brunette, who is pregnant with their first child, has unveiled photos of her dear and tender. On one of them, he is seated, looking at a document, his crutch resting on the side. “He’s at the end“, she wrote in the caption. Then, in comment of a photo of the injured leg of the former adventurer, she wrote: “Thom’s big breakdown may have turned into a phlebitis. This is not to be taken lightly if so.“It is an inflammation in the vein which can lead to a pulmonary embolism if it is severe.
The verdict for Thomas
Fortunately, that’s not what Thomas is suffering from. “Verdict: no phlebitis but a big hematoma behind the tendons, near the breakdown. In the end it presses on the knee, which causes a lot of pain. No phlebitis but still on a painkiller, still on crutches. We’re going slowly but surely“, explained the main interested party a few hours later. There is no doubt that he can count on Myriam to support and pamper him while waiting to get better.
Soon, the couple is about to experience great happiness. That of welcoming their first child (Myriam is already the mother of two boys born from a previous union). For now, the sex of their baby has not yet been revealed.
