This Thursday is Saint Patrick’s Day so we’re cooking Irish with chef Thierry VINCENT

We made a recipe for ‘Irish stew’, a lamb-based dish, a bit like hotpot. We also discovered the recipe for crackers (of which Thierry gave us the complete recipe). He also gave us a great way to prepare an Irish coffee.

Every day we ask our local merchants to tell us about the culinary trends of their customers and especially seasonal products, because “small business” is also a form of short circuit.
