Stéphane Plaza finds himself at the center of a dark affair. On September 21, Mediapart published an investigation in which three of his former companions claimed to have been victims of physical and psychological violence at the hands of the television host. In response, Karine Le Marchand’s associate decided to file a complaint. The facts are serious enough for Mr. Plaza to fear for his life, as he indicated to the public prosecutor.“

Stéphane Plaza far from worries
After several days of investigation, no valid reason for a sanction was found, as explained by Nicolas de Tavernost, chairman of the management board of the M6 group, during his appearance on BFMTV this Monday, November 6, 2023. “These two investigations did not provide any evidence that would justify a sanction against Stéphane Plaza. I would even say, on the contrary, that his colleagues rather support him”, he stressed. He also recalled that the group seriously treated the alerts issued by the investigation of Mediapart : “That same evening, we commissioned an investigation with all the people who work with him.”
At the heart of the scandal, Stéphane Plaza, for his part, preferred to move away from France. For the past few days, he seems to be having fun on the other side of the world. Between walks in the forest, car trips and ice hockey, Karine Le Marchand’s BFF forgets all his worries.
