this terrible tragedy which cost the lives of his two daughters in 2012

Large family, happy family? This Friday, September 15, 2023, our colleagues from France Sunday got news from Anne Alassane, the first winner of the show MasterChefbroadcast on TF1 between 2010 and 2015. The chef, who owns two restaurants located in Limoges, revealed that she is expecting her ninth child. Aged 47, the woman who is already the mother of eight other children, and who is also the grandmother of three grandchildren, takes this surprise as a gift from heaven, at a time when other women her age are facing the menopause: ”At my age, it wasn’t really expected, but that’s how it is. When I heard the news late, I was initially shocked, because I didn’t expect it at all, but we have to take what life gives us.’‘.

A news thatAnne Alassane welcomes with joy and philosophy, twelve years after the terrible tragedy that no family wants to experience. On January 2, 2012, a fire ravaged his family home, and the results were terrible: two of his children, Louise and Rose, perished in the flames. They were the youngest of Anne Alassane’s tribe, who at that time was the mother of 6 children, the other four being Mathilde (1996), Laura (2000), Joséphine (2002) and Victor (2005).

Two children were born after this terrible fire

Before this terrible drama of a life, Anne Alassane had divorced from her first husband Issifou. In a relationship with Mike between 2011 and 2017, the couple gave birth to two other children after this tragedy: after the death of Louise and Rose, Anne Alassane became the mother of little Margaux in 2013, then of Amélie in 2014. Ten years after the birth of her eighth child, a ninth (and final?) pregnancy will disrupt the daily life of the woman who has been a municipal councilor in Montauban since 2014, on the list of politician LR Brigitte Barèges.
