“This question seems crazy to me”, Léa François (Plus belle la vie) interrupts an interview and gets annoyed

Plus Belle La vie returns this Monday, January 8, 2024, on TF1, with old people, new people, and without Marwan Berreni and Michel Cordes, both of whom died in 2023. At the microphone of Sud Radio, the actors Léa François, Jérôme Bertin, and Jérémy Charvet answered questions from Valérie Expert and Gilles Ganzmann this Monday. And the latter unfortunately created discomfort during the interview.

“How can we ask this question?

He asked Marwan Berreni’s partner on screen, Léa François, if she was thinking about him… And she responded, very frankly: “Yeah yeah, sorry, it annoys me a little every time someone says that to me. Because we ask the question a lot, ‘Do you think about him sometimes?’ And it seems a little surreal to me and I feel like we don’t live in the same world. I wonder how one can ask this question. Sorry eh, but. It’s very, very complicated to talk about it. And this question seems crazy to me.”

And added: “Obviously we only think about that. Obviously. Just yesterday I was asked this question, I was told ‘do you think about it a little or not at all?’ Obviously we only think about that. It’s very, very complicated.”.

In duplex, Jérôme Bertin also added: “Marwan was unanimous, he still is unanimous. We all love him. It is in each of us and we think about it all the time. I have my hotel room which is right next to an autographed photo that he left in the hotel. He’s there all the time. And it’s difficult for us, we think especially of his parents, because they are two extraordinary people, Mourad and Martine. It is especially them that we must think about“.

On January 5, 2024, in an interview with Gala, he also mentioned the disappearance of Michel Cordes and Marwan Berreni, assuring: “This year has been terrible”. And for good reason, he explained: “Michel was all of our dads in the series. And Marwan was everyone’s little or big brother. The mere mention of their names still shakes me as when I learned it.”

“We are not afraid of ghosts

Finally, Jérôme Bertin also promised the fans: “We will keep them alive for a long time to come. Life is more beautiful, we are not afraid of ghosts and we love ours“. And to conclude: “Michel and Marwan, we love you!”
