The 12th season of The Voice will be launched in a little less than a week on TF1. There will be new in the jury. If Amel Bent and Vianney have been renewed, Florent Pagny as well as Marc Lavoine have given way to Big Flo & Oli, who have already taken on this role in Belgium and Zazie. The singer will make her return to a program that she won twice (in 2015 during season 4 and in 2018 during season 7, editor’s note).
The double tele-hook winner will be confronted with a brand new rule, which she does not like at all! This is the super block. In an excerpt from the show, the interpreter of My Philosophy explained it: “So it’s like the block, but more evil”she began very playfully. “Before, we could block someone, that means that I turn around but I block Vianney at the same time, that means that when he turns around, on his corridor there is written blocked. He realizes it as soon as let him turn around. The super block, be careful, maleficent, I love it!”
She went on to give an example to make it clearer. “For example, the four of us go there, I love someone too much, but I feel that he looks a little too much at Zazie. I let her do her little debate, I see that there is a little bit of Lightning, I’m super blocking Zazie! And while she’s talking, she turns around!”
A feeling of joy that his colleague does not share. “It’s horrible”.
The reasons for Zazie’s return
If Zazie had decided to leave The Voiceit was because of the tours but also to avoid “weary”, as she admitted to Télé-Loisirs. And when the production contacted the artist, she “immediately accepted”. “Discovering new talents remains an exciting exercise. Two other reasons pushed her to make her comeback: they are new, young, brothers and rappers. “Their presence brings a breath of fresh air! That’s one of the reasons for my presence. I came back for Big Flo and Oli!”she assured.
