This Thursday, June 22, 2023, Cyril Hanouna happily closed the season of “Touche pas à mon poste” with a festive bonus during which he and his columnists returned to the best moments of the year. Unfortunately, a few moments after this show placed under the sign of the party, the host had to do with bad news. ARCOM (formerly called CSA) has indeed announced that it has sentenced the host to a fine of €200,000 for “clandestine advertising”.
The entity that regulates and monitors everything that happens on television reports several demonstrations of brands, namely branded sneakers, sweaters with logos or even brooches with logo, highlighted during the “Touche pas à mon poste” broadcasts, which which is illegal. ARCOM points to “the particularly significant and not fortuitous exposure enjoyed by the brands concerned” and the “repeated and not fortuitous breaches of the ban on clandestine advertising”.
This €200,000 fine is divided into two parts. On the one hand, a penalty of €120,000 linked to a number of “6 to 7” and a number of “Touche à mon poste”, both broadcast last November. In one of them, “the show’s host wore a jacket whose brand logo, present on the sleeve, was visible and identifiable at each of his speeches”. In another, he wore “trainers resulting from a collaboration between two brands whose respective logos were, for the first, identifiable almost sixty times and, in the case of the second, visible during a close-up framing plan lasting three seconds” we learn in the ARCOM decision.
And 80,000 euros concern the brooch worn by Kelly Vedovelli and Guillaume Genton’s sweater in the #6A7 And #TPMP of January 24, 2023 but also the sweatshirt of @rabbindesbois in the #TPMP from January 30, 2023 pic.twitter.com/b73JCyTDIF

Kelly Vedovelli pinned for a Dior brooch…
The remaining €80,000 relates to another show “Touche pas à mon poste” in which Kelly Vedovelli wore a very recognizable Dior brooch. If already, the accessory was very visible, which is prohibited, ARCOM underlines that Cyril Hanouna also drew attention to it by launching: “It’s very serious, it’s very chic, it’s very good taste”.
Finally, Guillaume Genton also has something to do with it since he was seen wearing an Adidas brand sweater during a “Touche pas à mon poste” program.
