Wednesday, December 29, viewers who had chosen to zap on M6 were able to discover the new recipes of Cyril Lignac.
The pastry chef received an exceptional guest in the person of Marlène Schiappa. The politician had taken place in the kitchens of the Ministry of the Interior, (place Beauvau in the 7th arrondissement of Paris) to prepare in particular soft eggs with their meurette sauce and a pithiviers (a puff pastry from the town of the same name ) with ham and cheese. His sidekick Jérôme Anthony, live from Metz, was in the game. The host indulged in a gritty joke. Indeed, while he was cooking outside, to make the recipe, he said: “It’s a little cold, more hands in ice water, it’s nice. I can tell you that as I speak to you, it’s not just my sauce that reduces” . An exit that made the juror of the Best Pastry Chef uncomfortable, who finally answered a “Jerome please”, forcing his sidekick to apologize: “Pardon the time for me”.
For the good cause
If the Minister Responsible for Citizenship took part in this program for a very good reason. Besides loving cooking, she took part in the show “for the benefit of Orpheopolis, the Fondation maison de la gendarmerie and the work of the wards, orphans associations of firefighters, police officers and gendarmes”, as she explained to Parisian.
“It’s a great show, often watched with the family and I’m sure that Cyril Lignac aficionados will be sensitive to our appeal for donations for these three great associations”, she added.
