Since January 29, Matthieu Delormeau has taken over control of “TPMP People”. An appointment that is particularly close to his heart since the show had been stopped in 2020 due to the health crisis. In the program broadcast yesterday, Saturday May 8, the host and his band returned to the burglary suffered by Stéphane Plaza last January.
While returning home following a shooting, the most famous real estate agent in France had found his apartment completely turned over by burglars. The host found in “Search apartment or house” or “House for sale” had informed of his misadventure through social networks. “Pleasant return after a show. Burgled apartment. Thank you life”, he had posted, accompanying his message with pictures of the damage caused.
A misadventure that prompted Matthieu Delormeau to talk about the burglary of which he too was the victim in 2019. When he returned home, he had the unfortunate surprise to find that individuals had entered his property and that he seized several items, including jewelry and two computers. “It’s a real trauma. The police come, after you wait an hour it’s the experts, they took fingerprints”, he related.
In the process, the TPMP columnist remembered, not without a hint of bitterness, certain remarks by the police. “They stole a watch that my mother had left me. It was very traumatic but the police kept asking me questions like ‘How is Hanouna?’, ‘Is Hanouna nice?’ I wanted to tell them, ‘But man, I’m devastated’. Someone stole something from my family, we’re not going to take a selfie now anyway”he lamented.
