Next, use the ends of the hairs to pick up the Full Coverage Dark Circles Concealer and apply it to the eyelid area for more precision on dark spots. Once the base is in place, seal in perfection with a finishing powder. Use the Precision Powder Brush 08 to apply the Universal Veil Finishing Powder and fix your look, taking advantage of its formulation based on shea butter and diamond pearls, its velvety touch and its translucent color.
