this house bought with Nathalie Baye has been completely abandoned for far too long

Almost six years since Johnny Hallyday died, but despite his disappearance, the singer remains in the memories of millions of French people. The Idol of young people has enchanted its audience with dozens of titles that have marked the hexagonal song. The love life of the rocker also fascinated public opinion: from Sylvie Vartan to Laeticia Hallyday via Adeline Blondieau or Nathalie Baye.

During his relationship of a few years with the 74-year-old actress, the artist will have had a daughter, Laura Smet. They will also have bought a property in the Creuse, in the 80s. But what becomes of this house located in Vallière, in the south of Guéret.

From paradise to abandonment

It was sold in 2008, 600,000 euros to South Africans who never came… “It left in two weeks at a totally unreal price compared to the market. These are South Africans who bought, but never came. They wanted to resell a few years ago at the price of their purchase, so they don’t have never been able to find a taker”affirmed the agency Marcon Immobilier, in charge of the sale at the time to Capital.

Since then the building has been abandoned. “It’s a shame to see in the state that it’s here”said a neighbor to our colleagues from the Mountain. “The last time Nathalie came, she was crying. If she regrets having sold? I don’t know. But since then, she has always written to me for the holidays… except this year.” A few years ago, Nathalie Baye spoke of this place which has collected so many memories for her. “The house was a paradise on earth. The weight of the memories was perhaps too heavy for me to bear. When I visit my friends in the Creuse, I can’t help but go back to see my house”she said in the columns of the JDD.
