Fourth in the order of succession, the daughter of the King of Norway will very soon marry Durek Verretta self-described African-American “shaman” known for his controversial theories on alternative medicine.
This Wednesday, September 13, 2023, the couple announced that they had set a wedding date. Thus, the 51-year-old princess and her fiancé will unite for life during a ceremony on August 31, 2024, they said.
“We are incredibly happy to be able to celebrate our love in the beautiful surroundings of Geiranger,” clarified the two lovebirds via a press release. The wedding will therefore take place in this village on the banks of a fjord of the same name, classified by UNESCO, in the southwest of Norway.

Who is Durek Verrett?
It was in 2018, in California (United States), that the Princess of Norway met Durek Verrett for the first time. A mysterious man who is far from being unknown to the general public… Or rather to the stars!
