A hereditary talent, which he partly inherits from his father: Axel Bauer. It was Marc Lavoine who managed to enlist him in his team to lead him to the season 10 finale. Today, Jim Bauer continues his career and has a very busy schedule, as he told our colleagues at Gala this Tuesday, February 21. “I’ve been doing concerts for almost two years now, I’ve already done two tours all over France”explains the ex-candidate of “The Voice” without forgetting to specify that he has “released the year after The Voice a 16-track mixtape on streaming platforms“. However, since August, he has put his career on hold to travel. From the Sahara to Thailand, Jim Bauer travels the world but does not forget his first passion. “I signed in the Label French Parade and together we are preparing a very ambitious musical project”, he promised. Besides, he is “currently locked up in the Studio with a team to bring this story to fruition”.

Jim Bauer still in contact with Marc Lavoine?
What about his relationship with Marc Lavoine? Axel Bauer’s son assures him, everything is fine between them, even if they see each other much less. “Marc Lavoine is an admirable person, an actor, a poet, a performer, we are very different, that’s also what I liked, I had a lot to learn from him”he assures before revealing a sentence that he never forgot when the 60-year-old singer called him for the first time: “On the very first phone call, he said one of the phrases that has done me the most good in recent years ‘First of all, be nice to yourself'”.
Even though they are called “from time to time”their busy schedule prevents them from seeing each other. “We’re both very busy today so we can’t see each other as often as on the show”, he regrets. However, he assures that Marc Lavoine knows what he “represented” for him. Who knows, maybe the two artists will offer us a duet in the coming months?
