This accidental “serious explosion” on the set of “BDE” could have cost the actor dearly!

Cartman’s guest, Michael Youn, was on the airwaves of Fun Radio this Thursday, February 16, 2023. Came to promote his latest film entitled “BDE”, a Franco-Belgian feature film where we find the actors Michèle Laroque, Manon Azem, Rayane Bensetti or even Tomer Sisley, Michael Youn did not hesitate to reveal behind the scenes of his latest comedy.

Indeed, the one who can be found both in front of and behind the camera, as in most of the films he signs, did not hesitate to refer to his double role as director and actor during this project. A film for which the ex-troublemaker of “Morning live” has also faced a lot of glitches… And it’s an understatement to say it!

A dangerous explosion

“There were a few accidents: a stuntwoman who ended up in the hospital, no big deal, normally that doesn’t happen”,revealed actor Michael Youn in the preamble before continuing by confiding that another incident had marked him even more during filming!

“The most serious thing that almost happened […] there is an explosion at one point in the film, a chalet in particular and the guy who takes care of the SFX (Special Effects, editor’s note) had put too much gas, the explosion was too strong and the flames started to really burn down the chalet,” told Michaël Youn… Fortunately, more fear than harm for the film crews!

“Fortunately there were firefighters because otherwise it was a chalet costing several tens of thousands of euros… It’s a chalet at 70 bars”made a point of underlining the actor.

A film that will be released on February 24, 2023 on Amazon Prime.
