250 people evacuated
250 people were evacuated from the village of Cernon, which is forbidden access. The electricity is cut in this municipality and the residents are supported since Thursday at the nautical base of Bellecin, on the edge of the lake. Two water bomber helicopters mobilized
Firefighters have been battling the flames for three days and three nights. 170 firefighters and 40 vehicles are mobilized and two water bomber helicopters also rotate in the sky to drop thousands of liters of water. The Canadaires mobilized on Thursday are no longer there this Friday. Dozens of farmers also support the firefighters to transport water with their tractors and their tanks.
