Butchers, pastry chefs in supermarkets, can resign from their establishment to earn two hundred, three hundred, or even five hundred euros more in a nearby supermarket. Salary and better working conditions: these are the reasons that lead the majority of employees to resign according to Patrick Wespiser. He refutes the idea that these employees would leave their jobs only to receive unemployment. “When you leave your job, it’s not to stay at home!
