The captain of the Blues, Antoine Dupont, very disappointed, questioned the arbitration at a press conference: “There are clear and obvious things to call out that haven’t been done. I don’t want to be the bitter person who complains about the refereeing because he lost, but I’m not sure that the refereeing was at the level of the challenge today”did he declare.

Florian Grill did not want to overbid: “That’s not the spirit of rugby. Our spirit is that of respect. That’s how we’ve always been and that’s how we always will be. I think that there too , we give a good image of rugby”he added.
