“There is no real or false aggression, there are only attacks,” recalls lawyer Violaine de Filippis

“There is no real or false aggression, there are only attacks”adds the lawyer. “Someone who steals an object once is a thief based on the offense he has just committed. Someone who slaps a woman once, even if he did not commit this assault several times on several women. In law, the seriousness of the offense is assessed afterwards.
