The Z’igolos have animated the Périgord Noir for more than twenty years

When the Covid does not prevent things from going smoothly, the Z’igolos are very active in the Périgord Noir. The story begins more than thirty years ago in a small village in the south-east of the Dordogne. In Carves. There, we organize Christmas trees every year, and Martin Bortolin loves it. Having become a professional actor, he formalized a small company by forming an association around him.

Les Z’Igolos: a Professional Theater Company and a School of Dramatic Art

Les Z’igolos also has a performance hall (with a program), in an old stone building. “A real game box fully equipped with sound and light”, explains Marine Pucheu.

Touring shows

Three shows run regularly in Périgord and elsewhere.

Workshops for children, teenagers, adults

“In a very playful form, we make children aware of the basic rules of theatre, we encourage them to dare, to let themselves be carried away by dramatic play”. Over the course of the rehearsals, a show is presented in front of an audience. For this year, it will be done on video. Covid obliges.
