The Ondars family raises 250 ewes in the green plains of Lantabat, it is here in the middle of nature that the 250 redhead ewes of the family farm flourish in order to give high quality milk. “Our goal is to offer a local and farm product, delivered directly within a radius of 80 km around the farm” explains Benoit Ondars who joined his parents on the farm since 2018. The Ondars sheepfold is also part of of the “Invitation to the farm” network, the network of organic and independent farmers who process their milk on their farms and then sell their farm yoghurts in a short circuit and primarily locally.
