Germany faces nearly 20,000 new cases of Covid-19 daily and has chosen to tighten health restrictions. In Russia, the nonworking week will end in Moscow but not in other regions due to the health situation.

The health situation is increasingly worrying in Germany. The latest figures from the Covid-19 pandemic worry the authorities, with more than 20,000 new cases every day. Health restrictions will be tightened, such as prohibiting access to certain public places to non-vaccinated people or even compulsory tests for visitors to residential centers for the elderly.

In the Netherlands, the authorities are also making strong decisions in view of the country’s health situation. Wearing a mask is once again compulsory in shops and public establishments. The health pass will be extended and social distancing will have to be respected.

In Moscow (Russia), due to the Covid-19 epidemic, a nonworking week had been declared but it will not be extended. The town hall has opted for a return to normal life, based in particular on officially better figures. On the other hand, in other regions of the country, the nonworking week will be extended in view of the alarming health situation.
