It’s poutine fishing season in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in southwestern France. Poutine is a small sardine caught at the end of winter for just 45 days each year, on the French part of the Riviera, in the region of Nice. A kilo of poutine sells for around €50, or CAN$70.
