Billionaire Aliko Dangote’s mega-refinery in Lagos, Nigeria, was inaugurated by President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday. Nigeria is one of the largest oil producers on the African continent, but state refineries, which are generally failing, force the government to import most of its fuel. With this new facility, the country will soon become an exporter.
