He would probably have preferred to celebrate his victory in a different way… While he has just won the second season of “New school”the program netflix Hosted by SCH, Shay, and Niska, Yuz Boy is brought to justice. The reason ? The young rapper is accused of rape following a complaint filed in August 2022 according to our colleagues from BFM TV. The artist denies all accusations that evoke non-consensual sexual relations between the end of 2020 and the spring of 2021.
BFM TV contacted the Paris prosecutor’s office, which confirmed that the complaint was the subject of an ongoing investigation. For her part, the complainant, who wishes to be called Capucine, is said to be an acquaintance of Yuz Boy. It would be in the summer of 2020 that they would have met through a mutual friend. The two would have exchanged their contacts and would have subsequently exchanged on social networks before starting an intimate relationship thereafter.

Yuz Boy charged with three rapes
In her complaint, she recounts a first relationship at the end of the end of 2020. She describes in particular an anal report that was first consented before asking the 24-year-old artist to stop because she was in pain. The winner of “New school” season 2 wouldn’t have. “I tried to push him away with my hand and asked him orally to stop in a clear way”she told the police in charge of the investigation.
For his part, Yuz Boy defends himself and claims not to have heard the complainant’s request. “Capucine” accuses him of a second rape in 2021 in an elevator. A very complicated period for her according to her words, which will make her experience a long slump.
The rapper aware of nothing, just like Netflix
Our colleagues have contacted Yuz Boy’s lawyer, Alissia Dexet, who assures that his client “fall from the clouds” and has never heard of this complaint or any investigation into it. For its part, Netflix defends itself and explains: “We are doing a lot of work when selecting candidates to ensure that there is no false problem, especially with criminal records or tweets”. “That was not the case. We had no reason to doubt their morality”the streaming platform continued.
