The wife of a police officer was attacked Tuesday on the RER A platform at Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station (Seine-et-Marne) by four young women, franceinfo learned on Thursday February 15 from a source close to the matter, confirming information from BFMTV. The victim claims to suffer from pain in his arm and a cut on his hand and was prescribed two days of ITT. His son, present at the time of the incident, was not injured.
The suspects were arrested. They are between 16 and 20 years old and are still in police custody. On Wednesday, the police officer – member of the Ile-de-France Networks Brigade – confirmed that he knew the young women involved. He claims to often arrest them for pickpocketing. He adds that during an intervention, the young women were threatening, physically describing his partner.
