The vegetable garden of Clair de la Plume

Starred program, with Julien Allano, the chef of “Clair de la Plume”, but also of “La Ferme Chapouton” and “Café des Vignerons”, three establishments located in Grignan, around the castle of the Marquise de Sévigné.

Julien, has a vegetable garden, in which (he) cultivates everything he likes to cook for our pleasure!
So: Beans, Cocos, Peas, Cabbage Raves, Cebette, Beans, Gourmet Peas, Sucirnes Salads, and Fine Herbs, various and varied….

Julien allano tells us everything, and shares all his recipes with us, to help us sublimate these delicate spring vegetables.
