Sabayon, fish and kumquat zest, or roasted wild boar with sage, green pepper and honey, or braised turnips in raw cider and mushroom crumble, but also a revisited Koulibiac, Parmesan tulles, and a few cocktails too surprising that sparkling, here are the taste proposals of our guest! A delight 🙂
