Still attached to the Bordeaux Academy, where she previously taught, she cannot be hired as a contract either. A case law of 1989 prohibits it. According to Christophe Huguel, secretary general of the Sgen-Cfdt, of the 8,800 teachers on availability for spousal follow-up, a large part would like to be able to work.
