This Monday, November 14, 2022, TF1 paid tribute to Didier Bourdon, Bernard Campan and Pascal Légitimus by broadcasting a TV movie then a special program entitled “Le Meilleur des Inconnus”. An opportunity for the trio to revisit their greatest sketches in the company of several comedians such as Élie Semoun, Tom Villa, Alex Ramirès, McFly & Carlito or even Baptiste Lecaplain. A meeting eagerly awaited by viewers which unfortunately turned tragic. On social networks, Internet users have not been kind to the new generation of laughter.
“Distressing and embarrassing”
” Oh damn. We are witnessing the greatest comedy disaster in history All Inconnus is probably the worst tribute show I’ve seen in my life. The Unknowns are irreplaceable and especially those who ‘replace’ them are so bad…”, “Rarely seen such a distressing and embarrassing program…”, “It’s hard to watch… the best moments are when there are the Unknowns between sketches… that says it all”, “Is it normal that I haven’t smiled since the start of the show? », « Conclusion: the sketches of the Unknowns are funny when they are played by the Unknowns. Even the best comedians can’t get a smile out of me! », could we read on Twitter.
TF1 was not unanimous with its evening entirely dedicated to the trio… For some viewers, it is even a real ” disaster », « a shipwreck », and even a « disaster “. The comedians were therefore right to apprehend this show. ” It was very stressful “, had also entrusted Tom Villa to our colleagues from Parisian. ” The question was: how to be well while being lucid about the fact that we would not do better. In the end, it’s like re-enacting a play like ‘La Cage aux Folles’ or ‘Santa Claus is trash’. “A failed bet… And that’s a shame.
