The unemployment rate falls to 6.5% in Canada and 5.5% in Quebec in September

The unemployment rate fell by 0.1 percentage point to reach 6.5% in the country in September, according to Statistics Canada.

In Quebec, the unemployment rate decreased by 0.2 percentage points to stand at 5.5%.
