“The real heroes are the defenders who hold the Eastern Front on their shoulders,” said Ukrainian Ground Forces Commander Oleksandre Syrsky.

The Ukrainian army said on Sunday that “15 localities in the Bakhmout area had come under Russian fire the day before, a sign of the intensity of the fighting currently in the area.
