In an interview given to Evening Mag on July 27, Stéphane Plaza spoke about retirement from television and announced that he could well leave television “overnight”. He would like to go “being at the top of the bill” the day when he will have less pleasure in doing what he does. But don’t worry right away. “Be careful, I’m not telling you that I’m stopping now! (Laughs) Maybe in three, four years, we’ll see. There, I still take so much pleasure with these programs”, he explained, before specifying: “I’m lucky to have several jobs, so I can afford to leave TV overnight”, he then argued.
