The Turing Machine at Caen.

This play is crowned with success and it has obtained several Molières, in particular that of the Comedian in a Private Theater show for Benoit Solès. The will was above all to pay tribute to Alan Turing, and above all to contribute through the theater to his rehabilitation.

Turing had an extraordinary destiny, a mathematician, a little genius but also a very strange character in the eyes of many. He was a stutterer, probably autistic, but we owe him above all to have broken the secret code of the German Enigma during the Second World War. A discovery that helped win the war and above all saved many lives with less years of conflict.

The play is educational, but also funny. It is played in fifteen countries around the world, and it is also studied in colleges and high schools. For the actor Benoit Solès, the performance of Caen will be his 650th!
