It’s been two years since footballers in the U14 category from major European clubs came to Sens for the Easter weekend. The pandemic got the better of the last two editions of the Tournoi Sans Frontières.
Originally, in 1994, the Tournoi Sans Frontière (TSF) was an 11-a-side football tournament reserved for 12-year-old players.
This tournament is now reputed to be the most prestigious in France in this age category. He has seen many pros, including Antoine Griezmann, Raphaël Varane, Karim Benzema or more recently Aurélien Tchouaméni.
The “TSF” takes place every year in Sens, in the Yonne, during the Easter weekend. It brings together the best French and European clubs, as well as a local selection which has taken the name of its territory, Grand Sénonais.
Following a reform of the French Football Federation on age categories, the TSF now addresses the U14 category
the hens who will face each other at the end of the draw:
Group A
Estac (Troyes), FC Metz, RC Strasbourg, FC Nantes.
Servette Geneva (Switzerland), AJ Auxerre, Olympique de Marseille, Paris Saint-Germain.
Borussia Mönchengladbach (Germany), RC Lens, Girondins de Bordeaux, Olympique Lyonnais.
Sparta Prague (Czech Republic), Grand Sénonais, AS Monaco, Stade Rennais.
La Gantoise (Belgium), Stade Brestois, OGC Nice, Toulouse FC.
The TSF 2022 will be sponsored by Franck Raviot, goalkeeper coach for the French team.
