Last year, the program “Loft Story” celebrated its 20th anniversary. For the occasion, several former candidates from seasons 1 and 2 came out of silence to give their news. If Loana and Steevy Boulay are among those who have become public figures and appear regularly on the screen, others like Laure, Jean-Edouard, Kenza or even Félicien, have fallen back into anonymity.
This Saturday, June 18, 2022, Félicien was thus invited on the set of the program TPMP People to make revelations about the filming of the most popular program of the 2000s. Now 44 years old, he made a first revelation of size: if he had been eliminated from the game after five weeks of adventure, it was because he had decided so with the production. Félicien had indeed asked to return home for personal reasons, which had forced M6 to script his exit and to make believe in an elimination by the public.
After his stint in season 2 of “Loft Story”, Félicien briefly got into singing and released a single called “Cum Cum Mania”. Today, he is an accomplished businessman in the restaurant industry. “He has restaurants all over Paris, he doesn’t have a pizzeria, the guy is a businessman. He knows everything, everything, everything. You go to Levallois, he’s the godfather, he controls everything” launched Matthieu Delormeau to introduce him.
But it was not the professional retraining that surprised internet users, but rather his physical transformation. The former candidate now displays a thick but white beard, proving that many years have passed since his first appearance on television. “Damn it, I had a hard time recognizing him“, “He doesn’t have the rotten chicos anymore?”, “Seeing him again makes me quite old all the same” can we read among the reactions.
