On the occasion of the tour of the France Bleu markets, France Bleu Touraine gives you an appointment on Saturday, October 15, on the square of the Halles de Tours. From 10 a.m. to noon, come and cook with chef Julien Proutière from La P’tite Maiz’.

As part of the event tour organized by France Bleu in partnership with Ardoiz – La Poste, France Bleu Touraine invites you to meet on Saturday October 15, 2022 at the Carreau des Halles, Place Gaston Paillhou for the market. From 10 a.m. to noon, come and cook live with Julien Proutière, chef of La P’tite Maiz’ 53 place du Grand Marché in Tours.

Alain Gineste will be with Julien Proutière, chef of La P’tite Maiz’. Together they will first go to the market, then Julien will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him, to take up the challenge of the day:

With 30 euros, he will have to prepare a meal for 4 to 6 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert. At the end of this preparation, people present on the market will be able to taste what Julien has prepared and savor the quality of the dishes.
