Moments later, Dane Evans spotted Jaelon Acklin in the pay zone to level the score. The Tiger-Cats quarterback continued his success by amassing two majors on runs in the fourth quarter. He completed his clash with 16 successful passes in as many attempts for gains of 249 yards.

Evans took Jeremiah Masoli’s place behind his team’s cross in the second quarter. The pivot was also successful in the defensive play of the game. In the second quarter, when nothing was working for his family, he stole the ball from a rival who had just recovered a dropped ball.

For the Argonauts, kicker Boris Bede scored all of his team’s points. The Laval University Rouge et Or product was successful six of its seven field goal attempts.

In the final, the Tiger-Cats will face the winner of the duel between the Blue Bombers and the Saskatchewan Roughriders. This game will be played later today in Winnipeg.
