The third link three years into a third term

To an extra-terrestrial arriving here today, it would be quite complicated to explain exactly what the third link suggests. Additional bridge imagined between two banks, it is an understatement to say that it has long been the subject of much ink; as the expression goes.

And there, to have seen on Tuesday the Prime Minister more or less resurrect the project (we will consult!) the day after the defeat of his party during a by-election created uneasiness.

From now on, to the definition of the word “discomfort”, will it be necessary to add the one that I propose? — Seeing a Prime Minister surreptitiously open the door to resurrect a project which was perhaps already buried even before the recent general elections, although it was nevertheless on the official program, but which was subsequently well received and well buried and which, even if it were now truly resurrected following a lost by-election, would no longer have the capacity to necessarily arouse enthusiasm or, in any case, to bring the hoped-for dividends to those who will soon seek a third term.
